Our client, a reputable Real Estate company in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced and strategic Group Finance Manager to oversee the organization's financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial planning activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting business growth, and providing insightful financial analysis to senior management.
Dubai real estate experience is a MUST, along with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of managing finance functions within the UAE market.
Salary: AED Between 25,000 & 35,000
Contract Duration: 2 years (Renewable)
Vacation Entitlement: 22 Working days
Weekends/Days off: 2 days per week

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA are highly preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
- Mandatory experience within the Dubai/UAE real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, taxation, compliance requirements, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and strategic financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems, including financial consolidations and group reporting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance across multiple business units.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior executives and board members.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
- Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
