Our client is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the housekeeping operations of an iconic 4-star hotel located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing daily housekeeping activities, supervising and developing the team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and room presentation, maintaining compliance with hotel standards, and driving operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, team performance, and service excellence.
Salary: AED 5400 (Basic)
Service Charge: Provided monthly

Contract Duration: 2 years (Renewable)

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor, or similar role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, room cleanliness standards, public area maintenance, and hotel hygiene procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate, coach, and develop housekeeping team members.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, room presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Proven ability to conduct room inspections, monitor housekeeping standards, address guest requests and complaints, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Good understanding of housekeeping inventory, linen and laundry operations, cleaning supplies, cost control, and departmental productivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel housekeeping systems; familiarity with hotel PMS and room-status coordination with the Front Office is an advantage.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred, with a good command of English considered an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of supporting day-to-day housekeeping operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment while consistently maintaining operational efficiency and service excellence.
