Bartender - Bartendress

Our client, an iconic hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a passionate and service-oriented Bartender / Bartenderess to join its Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional bar experiences by providing warm, professional, and personalized service, preparing and serving beverages to the highest standards, and ensuring every guest receives attentive and efficient service.

Previous experience as a Bartender or Bartenderess within a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or high-volume bar is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations, and a genuine passion for hospitality. They should be a proactive team player with a professional appearance, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, cleanliness, and responsible beverage service.

Basic Salary: AED 2,050

Service Charge: Provided monthly

Housing: Shared 3 in 1 room

Contract Duration:  2 years renewable 

Vacation Entitlement:  22 Working days

Weekends/Days off:  2 days per week

Vacation Ticket:  Every 2 years

 Candidate Requirements:

• Welcome guests warmly, take beverage orders accurately, and provide attentive and professional service throughout their visit.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, coffee, and other drinks according to established recipes, presentation standards, and guest preferences.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar offerings to confidently make recommendations and support upselling opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment, glassware, and supplies are properly prepared and readily available.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately while maintaining proper control of cash, billing, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Coordinate effectively with the F&B and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations, timely service, and a seamless guest experience.
• Respond professionally to guest requests, feedback, and concerns, taking appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, responsible alcohol service, and compliance with hotel health, safety, and environmental policies.
