Our client is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to join an iconic 4-star hotel located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The successful candidate will support the Outlet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, leading and developing the service team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service, and driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and revenue performance.
Salary: AED 5,250 (Basic)
Service Charge: Provided monthly

Candidate Requirements – Assistant Outlet Manager
- Proven experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or Team Leader within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or a reputable standalone restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, luxury service standards, and day-to-day restaurant management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop front-of-house teams.
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Experience in handling guest feedback and resolving complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Good understanding of restaurant financials, including upselling, revenue generation, inventory control, and cost management.
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with hotel PMS is an advantage.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence.
