 Our client, an iconic hotel in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented F&B Ambassador to join its Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing warm, professional, and personalized service while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, product knowledge, and operational excellence.

Previous Food & Beverage experience in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for guest service, strong teamwork abilities, and a proactive approach to creating memorable dining experiences while consistently upholding the hotel's quality, hygiene, and service standards. guest satisfaction.

Basic Salary: AED 4,000

Service Charge: Provided monthly

Housing Allowance: AED 2,420 or Single room

Meal Allowance: AED 300 

Contract Duration:  9 Months

Vacation Entitlement:  22 Working days

Weekends/Days off:  2 days per week

Vacation Ticket:  N/A

Candidate Requirements:

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and personalized service to create memorable guest experiences.
• Welcome and assist guests, manage reservations, seating arrangements, and respond promptly to inquiries and special requests.
• Ensure efficient and accurate Food & Beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop strong product knowledge to confidently recommend menu items, promotions, and upsell to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to provide personalized service and build guest loyalty.
• Coordinate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth daily operations and seamless service delivery.
• Resolve guest feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety (FSMS), and compliance with hotel health, safety, and environmental policies.
