 Our client, an iconic hotel in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced and service-driven Head Waiter / Head Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, leading and supporting the service team, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience through warm, professional, and personalized service.

Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Head Waitress or in a supervisory Food & Beverage role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with strong product knowledge and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service. They should be proactive, highly organized, and capable of motivating the team while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, hygiene, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained.

Basic Salary: AED 2,800

Service Charge: Provided monthly

Housing Allowance: Single room

Transportation Allowance: Provided 

Meal Allowance: Provided 

Contract Duration:  2 years (Renewable)

Vacation Entitlement:  22 Working days

Working hours:  10.5 Hours daily 

Weekends/Days off:  2 days per week

Vacation Ticket:  Yearly

Candidate Requirements:

• Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage service team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Stewarding, and Cashiering teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Train, coach, and schedule team members while ensuring the highest standards of grooming, professionalism, and service.
• Oversee outlet setup, guest seating, and daily operations in line with hotel standards and opening hours.
• Build strong guest relationships by delivering attentive, personalized service and resolving guest requests professionally.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, promotions, and hotel offerings while supporting revenue growth through effective upselling.
• Ensure full compliance with hotel health, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
