5 Star hotel Location: Baghdad, Iraq

Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Sous Chef / Chef de Cuisine (Lebanese & International food) to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Baghdad, Iraq. The successful candidate will support and lead kitchen operations, ensure consistency and culinary excellence, and uphold the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction across luxury dining outlets and banqueting operations. 



Salary: USD 2,750 (Basic)
Service Charge:  Provided monthly

Flight Ticket: Yearly

Medical and Life Insurance: Provided  
Accommodation:  Studio apartment

Transportation:  Provided by the Hotel

Hiring Status:  Single


 

 

Candidate Requirements – Sous Chef / Chef de Cuisine (Lebanese & International Cuisine)

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine within 5-star or luxury hotel environments
  • Strong expertise in Lebanese cuisine, with solid knowledge of international culinary standards and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to support menu development, recipe standardization, and creative presentation 
  • Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, food cost control, and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and supervise multicultural kitchen teams
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-volume, luxury hospitality and banqueting environments
