The ideal candidate will support the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations, ensuring culinary excellence, consistency, and the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all dining outlets and banqueting operations.
Salary: USD 4,200 (Basic)

Candidate Requirements – Executive Pastry Chef (5-Star Hotel, Baghdad)
- Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment
- Strong expertise in artisan pastries, desserts, chocolates, and bakery production
- Creative leadership with a proven ability to develop menus and innovate presentations
- Solid kitchen management skills, including cost control and strict adherence to HACCP standards
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to train, mentor, and develop pastry teams
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume, luxury hospitality setting
