Candidate Requirements – Executive Sous Chef (5-Star Hotel, Baghdad)
- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment
- Strong expertise in multi-cuisine operations, including menu execution, quality control, and high-end presentation
- Creative and hands-on leadership with the ability to support menu development and culinary innovation
- Solid kitchen management capabilities, including food cost control, procurement, and strict adherence to HACCP standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor multicultural kitchen brigades
- Experience in banquet and high-volume operations within a luxury hospitality setting
- Ability to support the Executive Chef in daily operations, SOP implementation, and departmental planning
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence
