HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

 Our client is seeking a highly motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily housekeeping operations, support and guide the team, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. 

Salary: AED 2,550 (Basic)
Service Charge and tips: Provided + Flight Ticket. Also, Visa + Medical Insurance for a spouse and 1 child)
Accommodation:  Provided in colleague housing 2 in 1  

Transportation:  Provided by the Hotel's bus  
Schedule: 5 days per week, 2 days off (8 days off per month)

Additional Benefits: Uniforms, Duty Meals, Medical Insurance 

Candidate Requirements: 

• At least 2 years’ experience in the Housekeeping department within a high-standard environment.
• Strong background in cleanliness standards, room inspections, team coordination, and guest satisfaction.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail with good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage daily operations, and maintain high service standards.
