 Our client, a five-star hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join its housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation are consistently maintained across guest rooms and public areas while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Previous housekeeping supervisory experience within a luxury hotel is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining quality standards. They should be an effective team player with the ability to train, motivate, and support housekeeping associates, ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, efficiently manage daily operations, and promptly resolve guest requests and concerns while consistently upholding the hotel's five-star service standards.

Basic Salary: AED 2,600

Service Charge: Provided monthly

Housing Allowance:  2 in 1 Shared room

Contract Duration:  9 Months

Vacation Entitlement:  22 Working days

Weekends/Days off:  2 days per week

Vacation Ticket:  N/A

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the Housekeeping department within a reputable hotel, with exposure to high standards of cleanliness, room inspections, team coordination, and guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar leadership role is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a multicultural team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest housekeeping and hygiene standards.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely room readiness and operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
