 Our client is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and service-oriented Outlet Manager to lead the operations of a restaurant within an iconic 4-star hotel located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, leading and developing the service team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service, and driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team performance, and revenue growth. 

Salary: AED 0000 (Basic)
Service Charge:  Provided monthly

Meal Allowance:  AED 000

Housing Allowance/Accommodation:  Provided

Flight Ticket: Every year 

Medical Insurance: Provided  

Transportation:  Provided by the Hotel

Contract Duration:  2 years (Renewable)

Vacation Entitlement:  22 Working days

Weekends/Days off:  2 days per week

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager, Assistant Outlet Manager, or Restaurant Manager within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or reputable standalone restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, restaurant management, and service standards.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop front-of-house teams.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Proven ability to handle guest feedback and complaints professionally while maintaining high service standards.
• Good understanding of outlet financial performance, including revenue generation, upselling, cost control, inventory management, and achieving business targets.
• Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel PMS is an advantage.
• Highly organized, commercially aware, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day outlet operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment while consistently maintaining service excellence.
