Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Service Manager to lead the front office team at one of Al Ain city 5-star hotels.
Salary: AED (Basic)

Schedule: 5 days per week, 2 days off
Candidate Requirements:
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring exceptional levels of satisfaction through personalized attention from arrival to departure.
- Personally greet guests by name whenever possible and ensure they are escorted to their rooms to create a warm, welcoming, and memorable arrival experience.
- Conduct in-room and hotel familiarization, assisting guests with hotel facilities, activities, and special requests.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, operating hours, promotions, events, and local attractions to effectively respond to guest inquiries.
- Monitor daily rate strategies and occupancy levels to support revenue optimization and upselling initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to Front Office cashiering procedures, systems, and internal control policies.
- Oversee accurate account handling from check-in through check-out, ensuring all charges are correctly posted within the Front Office system.
- Safeguard guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, service standards, facilities, and ongoing activities.
- Promote safe and environmentally responsible operations to protect the health, safety, and well-being of guests and team members.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
