rESERVATIONS aGENT

5 Star Resort Location: Fujairah, United A

 Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Reservations Agent to join a prestigious 5-star Resort & Spa in Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling room reservations, responding to guest inquiries, processing bookings accurately, and ensuring seamless coordination with Front Office and Sales teams while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, efficiency, and professionalism. 


Salary: AED 2,250 (Basic)
Service Charge:  Provided monthly

Language Allowance:  N/A

Flight Ticket: Every 2 years 

Medical Insurance: Provided  
Accommodation:  Company's accommodation 

Transportation:  Provided by the Hotel

Contract Duration:  2 years (Renewable)

Vacation Entitlement:  22 Working days

Weekends/Days off:  2 days per week

Hiring Status:  Single


 

 

Candidate Requirements – Reservations Agent

  • Proven experience as a Reservations Agent or in a similar role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation procedures, room inventory management, and rate structures.
  • Ability to handle booking inquiries via phone and email efficiently and accurately.
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with Front Office and Sales teams.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
