 Our client is seeking a polished and guest-oriented Lobby Ambassador to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with inquiries and directions, coordinating with front office and concierge teams, and ensuring a refined and seamless lobby experience while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality and professionalism. 

Salary: AED 2,150 (Basic)
Service Charge:  Provided monthly

Language Allowance:  AED 250 

Flight Ticket: Every 2 years 

Medical Insurance: Provided  
Accommodation:  Company's accommodation (2 in 1)

Transportation:  Provided by the Hotel

Contract Duration:  2 years (Renewable)

Vacation Entitlement:  22 Working days

Weekends/Days off:  2 days per week

Candidate Requirements – Lobby Ambassador

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards and lobby operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to assist guests with inquiries, directions, and special requests efficiently.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in engaging with international guests.
• Capable of maintaining composure and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
