Candidate Requirements – Executive Pastry Chef (5-Star Hotel, Baghdad)
- Proven experience as Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in a 5-star or luxury hotel
- Strong expertise in artisan pastries, desserts, chocolates, and bakery production
- Creative leadership with the ability to develop menus and innovate presentations
- Excellent kitchen management, cost control, and hygiene (HACCP) standards
- Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, luxury hospitality environment
