 Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Russian Speaker) to join a prestigious 5-star Resort & Spa in Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will support the sales team in coordinating client communications, preparing proposals and contracts, managing inquiries from Russian-speaking markets, and ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence. 

Salary: AED 3,400 (Basic)
Service Charge:  Provided monthly

Language Allowance:  AED 250 

Flight Ticket: Every 2 years 

Medical Insurance: Provided  
Accommodation:  Company's accommodation 

Transportation:  Provided by the Hotel

Contract Duration:  2 years (Renewable)

Vacation Entitlement:  22 Working days

Weekends/Days off:  2 days per week

Candidate Requirements – Sales Coordinator (Russian Speaker)

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
• Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales processes, including handling inquiries, preparing proposals, contracts, and client correspondence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
