Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning & Development Officer to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs, ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
This role plays a key part in fostering a culture of continuous learning, performance improvement, and professional development across all departments, aligning training initiatives with the hotel’s operational goals and brand standards.
Salary: AED 4,800 (Basic)

Candidate Requirements – Guest Service Agent (Russian Speaker)
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or Front Desk Agent within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment is required.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of front office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, reservations management, and guest relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Proficient in hotel PMS systems and familiar with administrative and reporting procedures.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints effectively while consistently maintaining luxury service standards.
- Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and capable of performing efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
