5 Star Hotel Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

 Our client is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join one of the most prestigious and elegant 5-star hotels in Abu Dhabi. 



Salary: AED 6,700 (Basic)
Additional Benefits:  Service Charge +  Flight Ticket + Visa & Medical Insurance
Accommodation:  single room in a share apartment , or an allowance amount of AED 3,000.
Schedule: 5 days per week, 2 days off



Candidate Requirements: 

 

Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival to departure.
  • Personally greet guests by name whenever possible and escort them to their rooms to create a welcoming and memorable arrival experience.
  • Conduct in-room and hotel familiarization, and assist guests with hotel activities, services, and special requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, operating hours, promotions, local attractions, and events to effectively respond to guest inquiries.
  • Monitor daily room rates and occupancy levels to support effective room sales and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Handle Front Desk cashiering duties accurately in accordance with established systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage guest accounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate posting of all charges using computerized Front Office systems.
  • Protect guest privacy and confidentiality by ensuring that personal and stay information is handled securely at all times.
  • Demonstrate full understanding and compliance with hotel policies, procedures, service standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and daily operational updates.
  • Follow environmental, health, and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.
  • Comply with all hotel environmental, health, and safety policies and contribute to sustainability initiatives.
