Our client is seeking a professional and guest-focused Guest Service Agent (Russian Speaker) to join a prestigious 5-star Hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for international guests while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. 

Salary: AED 2,150 (Basic)
Service Charge:  Provided monthly

Language Allowance:  AED 250 

Flight Ticket: Every 2 years 

Medical Insurance: Provided  
Accommodation:  Company's accommodation (2 in 1)

Transportation:  Provided by the Hotel

Contract Duration:  2 years (Renewable)

Vacation Entitlement:  22 Working days

Weekends/Days off:  2 days per week

Candidate Requirements – Guest Service Agent (Russian Speaker)

• Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or Front Desk Agent within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
• Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Solid understanding of front office operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming approach.
• Proficient in hotel PMS systems and basic administrative/reporting procedures.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently while maintaining luxury service standards.
• Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
