Head Waiter

5 Star Hotel Location: Al Ain, UAE

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Waiter to lead the restaurant service team at one of  Al Ain city 5-star  hotels, ensuring exceptional dining experiences and impeccable service standards. 


Salary: AED   (Basic)
Additional Benefits:  Service Charge +  Flight Ticket + Visa & Medical Insurance
Accommodation: Single room  in colleagues Housing
Schedule: 5 days per week, 2 days off



Candidate Requirements: 

 

  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient restaurant service, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized attention throughout the dining experience. 
  • Personally welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and ensure a warm, professional, and memorable dining atmosphere.
  • Provide detailed menu presentations, including daily specials, promotions, and beverage pairings, while confidently handling guest inquiries and special requests.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and beverage lists to enhance the guest experience.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and accurate order delivery.
  • Supervise and support the service team during operations, ensuring adherence to established service standards and procedures.
  • Oversee accurate billing and cashiering procedures, ensuring all orders are correctly entered and charges properly processed.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Demonstrate full understanding of restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and service protocols.
  • Promote safe and environmentally responsible practices to safeguard the health and safety of guests and team members.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times.
