F&B Supervisor / Cateing

Catering Company Location: Dubai, UAE

 Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering F&B Supervisor to join one of the UAE’s leading catering companies, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth daily operations across catering and food service activities.


Salary: AED 6,000 – 10,000 (Basic) depending on experience
Additional Benefits: Medical Insurance
Accommodation: N/A
Schedule: 5 days per week, 2 days off


Candidate Requirements:

• Female Arabic Speaking.

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B and catering operations while ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B and catering operations while ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and support service teams to deliver efficient and professional catering services.
• Ensure smooth coordination between service, kitchen, and logistics teams for timely setup and service execution.
• Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, discipline, and adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Handle guest feedback and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory usage, equipment handling, and operational readiness during catering events and daily operations.
• Ensure all operational and administrative procedures are accurately followed and reported.
• Previous experience in catering, large-scale operations, or high-volume F&B environments within the UAE is highly preferred.
